Colin Dean is the President & Founder of Highcrest, LLC. He founded Highcrest with the goal of building a premier Real Estate Development company, which actively partners with its clients to address the industry’s toughest challenges to date.

Colin has spent over 11 years working in Commercial Real Estate in the Washington, D.C. area. Throughout his career, Colin has partnered with developers, contractors, architects, and private corporations to execute award winning commercial office and multifamily projects in the region. His portfolio includes office repositioning, new construction, and multifamily developments.

Most recently, Colin served as the Vice President of Development at Duball, LLC in Rockville, MD, where he focused on large scale, multifamily and mixed-use developments. Prior to joining Duball, Colin spent 8 years at James G. Davis Construction in Rockville, MD.

Colin received his B.S. in Architecture & Planning from The Catholic University of America and his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
